When you request availability, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, desired start date, vehicle preference, and inquiry message. Please do not submit driver’s license numbers, payment information, or sensitive documents through the availability form.
Our website, hosting, security, and communication providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, pages visited, referral information, timestamps, and interaction data.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss vehicle availability and rental requirements, arrange next steps, maintain business records, improve our website and service, and help prevent misuse or spam. Submitting an availability request does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee approval, or enroll you in ongoing marketing.
Forms, calls, texts, and email
Availability form submissions are stored in our WordPress website using Forminator and notification emails are directed to Support@MilesAheadTX.com. Calls and texts to our business number are handled through CallRail, which may process your number, message contents, call details, and attribution information. If a call is recorded, the applicable recording notice and settings govern that call. Email inquiries are processed through our email service.
If you provide a phone number for a response, we may call or text about your inquiry. You may ask us to stop text follow-ups or use another contact method. Message and data rates may apply. Separate consent will be requested before using inquiry details for ongoing promotional text campaigns.
Service providers and other disclosures
Information may be processed by providers that help us operate the website and respond to drivers, including GoDaddy hosting, WordPress and Forminator, email providers, CallRail, and spam-prevention services such as Akismet where enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety, or protect legal rights. Our availability form is intended to support our rental business, not to create lists for third-party marketing.
Cookies, technical services, and outside links
WordPress, hosting, security, and CallRail services may use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, security, and inquiry attribution. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect functionality. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical connection information such as your IP address and browser details.
Links to Facebook, Google Maps, or other external sites take you to services governed by their own privacy policies. Their handling of your information is separate from this website.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are stored in our website database and may also remain in business email and communication systems. The form does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period. Contact us if you want an inquiry reviewed or deleted. Some records may need to be retained for business, security, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests

Children’s information
Our rental service is for adults age 25 and older. This website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it.
